Aid for the Japanese Red Cross

Konnichiwa,

Since our county has been so involved with Japan through the 4-H/Japanese exchange program, our 4-H families have been asking how they could help the people of Japan after the recent disaster.  If you are getting some of the same questions, I thought I would pass along a contact if any of your clubs or families wants to send a donation check.  One of my 4-H volunteers is Japanese and she has suggested we send the money to the JCAW Foundation.  They will receive the checks and send them directly to the Japanese Red Cross to be used where most needed.  The donation is tax deductible.

Make checks payable to “JCAW Foundation” and send them to:

Japan Commerce Association of Washington,D.C.

c/o Japan American Society of Washington,D.C.
