Greetings 4-H Community!
This is a quick reminder that the PR4U workshop with Bennie Scarton, community reporter with the Manassas News & Messenger, is coming soon!
This one-of-a-kind workshop is designed to give 4-Hers a chance to tour a real news office, and receive a lesson on writing for the public from a veteran news reporter. Bennie Scarton will provide valuable information that aspiring writers can put to immediate use! He is a great advocate for 4-H and has been very supportive!
All 4-Hers are welcome! This workshop will help Reporters, Historians, Photographers and all aspiring writers to learn more about the writing process, how to catch the interest of the audience and so much more. You do not need to be a club officer to attend!
We will meet at the News & Messenger Office by 9:30, Saturday January 15, 2011.
