4-H Recognition Day Banquet - Sponsorship/Donations

Hello Friends,

It’s that time of year again – the annual Prince William County 4-H Recognition Day banquet is scheduled for Friday, October 22, 2010.  This is a great opportunity to support PWC 4-H in return for inexpensive advertising for your successful business – it’s a win-win that you’ll feel great about!

Please read and consider the attached sponsorship letter, Annual Statistical Snapshot, and event flyer – they provide a small insight to how impactful and positive our PWC 4-H program is!  I also have a copy of the 2009 Recognition Day program which I am happy to share with you as well.  Your advertisement will appear in this year’s program.

Several of you have contributed gift certificates, products, and/or services to our Silent Auction in the past – these donations have made a huge positive impact on our program, and we greatly appreciate your support and encouragement of our local youth.
