Community Service Opportunity

Hello 4-Hers!

I wanted to pass along a unique opportunity to help train first responders throughout Virginia in Technical Large Animal Rescue (TLAER).  TLAER teaches firefighters, animal control officers and other volunteers to safely rescue horses, cattle and other large animals from an array of emergencies.  Imagine having trained personnel in your communities who could respond properly to trailer accidents, trapped or down animals, water rescues and more!

Looking for a community service opportunity?  Consider making a donation to the program, or sponsoring a First Responder from your community to attend!
