Southern Regionals - Virginia was Rockin!!

Virginia ICED the competition at the Southern Regionals Championship show even though the temps in SC were well into the 100’s!!  The results have been posted on the 4-H Horse website.  We had numerous top 10 placings in heavy competition at not just the show but in the educational contests as well.

Our 1^st place wins were:

Hippology Individual Overall – Shelly Brown

Horse Judging Teams – Virginia Team B – Shelly Brown, Taylor Walters, Sarah Schobert and Megan Wilson-Bost

Individual Demonstration – Abby Worth-Jones

Saddle Type Mares Class 5 – Kaitlin Payne

Saddle Seat Showmanship Class 10 – Adrienne Dickerson

Western Pleasure Class 16 – Kelly Lynn Arbogast

Reining Class 19 – Krystal Saint James

Working Hunter Horses, Class 31 – Jessica Matthews

Dressage, First Level, Class 35 – Kaylee Huie

Congratulations to all – Thanks to everyone representing Virginia for being such good sports with calm temperaments.  The show management commented that they did not have any incidences with anyone from the Virginia delegation and they wished that all states were such a pleasure to work with – So, I THANK YOU!
